How long will it take to get my order?

Sorry we don’t offer International Shipping.
All products are from the USA and shipped within the USA.

Do you ship to all of America?
There are some seeds & plants are not allowed into certain states. Sorry we do not ship to (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) so if you're unsure before buying, just message our friendly staff.

Growing Instructions
All our seeds come with cultivation and growing instructions.
However, we do recommend to research locale and climate for best growing.
On many of our best selling seed products, we offer a "Watch and Grow" video series. This will give you further insight into the germination & correct cultivation of your seed purchase.

Is there Tracking with my Order?
Most orders under $60 are sent in untracked envelope. Where there is tracking, we upload into your order, so simply log in to track your order.​​
We check all orders before posting.

Health Supplements
Our supplements that we sell online are shipped direct from our warehouse in Sri Lanka and take anywhere from 10-25 days to arrive. We provide full tracking.

Refund Policy
Pearls Nursery doesn't support change of mind refunds.
​
Non returns for non-germination of seeds.
We do not refund orders where germination of seeds has not happened due to the variable nature of seeds & how they are raised.

No refunds for incorrect address.
If we do receive the original parcel back after it has not been delivered due to incorrect address we will confer with the buyer to resend. If the order is lost due to wrong address being inputted into checkout we do not refund due to buyer error.
